The 2019 roster is starting to come together.
The Sheboygan A's, members of the Wisconsin State League and the Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League have announced their first two signees for the 2019 season.
Returning are Jacksonville University outfielder TD Walker, and University of Wisconsin-Platteville outfielder Ross Krist.
A native of Grafton, WI, Walker has played two seasons with the A's (2016, 2018). Walker hit .254 for the A's last summer in 43 games and hit one home run, four doubles and drove in 29.
Sheboygan Falls native, Krist, returns for his second season with the team. Krist emerged last year as an offensive leader for the A's, hitting .333 in 45 games. He scored 31 runs during the summer and drew 24 walks, recording an on-base percentage of .446.
The 2019 Sheboygan A's season begins Saturday, May 25, at Wildwood Park against the Kewaskum A's at 12:30 p.m. Opening Day, presented by CITGO, also features the A's 5th Annual 5K Home Run/Walk in the morning, and a post-game concert by Cold Soda Club. Race participants will receive a ticket to the game and concert, while game attendees will also get the concert for free. The A's are now accepting group reservations for the tailgate pavilion, Advanced Comfort Systems Skybox, and the brand new Bud Light Party Deck. The Sheboygan A's are members of the Wisconsin State League and Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League.
