Falish, Juergensen Lead A’s Past Legends

The Sheboygan A’s got another great start from their pitching staff and beat Appleton for the second time in three nights before an enthusiastic crowd at Wildwood Baseball Park Wednesday night.

The pitcher was Brenden Bille, the score 8-1, the crowd 573.

The win put the A’s at 5-1 in the Northeastern League and 21-10-1 overall this season. They return to Wildwood Park Friday night to play Kewaskum in the popular Bud Light Night game. The Chicago Clout is here Saturday for a 1 PM doubleheader, between games of which Tom Martin will be inducted into the Sheboygan A’s Hall of Fame.

Jake Falish drove in four runs with a double and triple and Jimmy Jourgensen had three hits to lead the offense.

The A’s are on a roll, having gone 11-2-1 in their last 14 games.

The Sheboygan A’s are members of the Wisconsin State League and Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League.
