Posted: July 16, 2019

Sheboygan A’s Brad Rindfleisch struck out 14 and posted a 1-0 win in a 7-inning Wisconsin State League challenge game at De Pere Monday night. Rindfleisch struck out 14.

Jake Arens drove in Jake Falish with the game’s only run in the sixth inning. Falish had singled, advanced on a passed ball and stole third to set up the sac-fly.

Rindfleisch threw a 4-hitter in going to 3-1 on the season while the A’s managed only two hits off De Pere’s Matt Freeman, but it was enough to escape with the 1-0 victory.

The 2019 season presented by Meijer continues tonight when the A’s host the Green Bay Storm at 7:30. It’s United Way Night at the park, with FREE tickets available at the Sheboygan County United Way office.
